WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
Shipping is FREE for all orders.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
We aim to dispatch your item(s) within 1-3 working days from order confirmation and payment is received.
CAN MY ORDER BE SHIPPED URGENTLY?
We offer 1 day Express delivery! Order before 11:00am and receive your print at home one working day later. Super handy if you are for example looking for a last minute present!
The express service is only valid when the order is placed on a working day (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not working days).
The express service is only available for mainland UK (the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man are therefore excluded).
Not applicable for products larger than 60 x 80cm.
Express delivery costs will be £29.95.
HOW IS MY ORDER PACKAGED AND SHIPPED?
We deliver a fragile products, therefore we package it carefully. We first wrap the product with protective foil and place it in a custom made shipping box. Sadly, it can happen that a product is damaged during transport. If this happens, please contact us and we will provide you with a suitable solution.
WHICH SHIPPING SERVICE DO YOU USE?
We use various shipping services dependent on the size of the parcel. The sizes 20 x20cm up to 60 x 80cm are delivered by DPD. Larger sizes are delivered by UPS.
WILL I NOTIFICATION WHEN MY ORDER IS DISPATCHED?
Yes, we will send you an email with your track and trace number once your parcel has been scanned by the courier. After clicking on the link you will know exactly when it will be delivered.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT AT HOME FOR DELIVERY?
We will send you an email with your track and trace number once your parcel has been scanned by the courier. This way you will know exactly when it will be delivered. If the courier misses you, you will receive a note from them to reschedule the delivery.
CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Yes of course. You can enter a different address in the ordering system, after you have entered the invoice address. This might be your office, a friend's or a family member's address.
DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF THE UK?
Unfortunately we currently don't ship outside of the UK.
CAN I CHOOSE A DELIVERY DATE AND TIME?
Sadly this is not possible. Once you receive your track and trace number, you may be able to arrange a more convenient time for delivery via the courier's website.
INCORRECT OR WRONG ADDRESS
We address your order exactly as you provide it. If you have misspelt or auto-filled your address incorrectly, we can correct it before the order is dispatched. Notify us immediately via email at hello.urbanarthaus@gmail.com. Once your order is dispatched and it's with the courier we won't be able change it.
RETURNS
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We currently don't accept returns due to the fact that the products you order are personalised and made specifically for each order. Should you want to submit a new order you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
It's important to us that you receive all your items in great condition. We make constant quality controls to make sure that all items are to our high standard and have our approval.
But if you receive defective, damaged or incorrect products, such as errors in the design, size, quantity or lack of quality of the delivered product, please contact us at hello.urbanarthaus@gmail.com. Should you want to submit a new order, we will cover the costs of the new order.
